Agreement and delivery conditions
1. General
Nordiske Medier (NM) reserves the right to make ongoing changes to the portal's structure and layout. The subscriber is responsible for creating and maintaining content, e.g. profile text, insertion of advertisements, articles. NM cannot be held liable if the content violates the law or the rights of third parties. The subscriber is responsible to third parties for violations of third party rights, including, e.g. copyright for articles and images. NM reserves the right to reject or change the content of, e.g. the profile text, ads, articles, just as NM reserves the right to exclude members. As part of the membership, link exchanges are made.
2. Subscription runtime and invoicing
The subscription (membership) is invoiced once a year. The portal is available all year round and is updated regularly. Payment for subscriptions and advertisements is final and cannot be refunded in whole or in part upon termination during the subscription period. It is possible to change the date for insertion of ads up to 1 month before the agreed insertion.
3. Limitation of Liability
Nordiske Medier (NM) is not responsible for inconveniences and losses due to the portal's operation or content. This applies, i.a., operating losses, claims raised by third parties that may arise due to errors in the portals or content, delayed or non-admission, and network problems in connection with the portal.
4. Payment terms
The invoice is sent approx eight days after signing an agreement. Invoices must be paid before establishing a profile or advertisement. The payment deadline will appear on the invoice from Nordiske Medier. In the event of late payment, NM is entitled to charge default interest in accordance with the provisions of the Interest Act. In addition, an administration fee is charged for the reminder letter.
5. Termination
The agreement can be terminated with one month's notice before the end of the subscription period. All subscriptions are continuous. Non-payment is not a valid termination.
6. Service announcements and information
In connection with the subscriber's relationship with Nordiske Medier, e.g. when subscribing to a membership and creating a user login, the subscriber will, to the extent necessary, receive e-mails from NM regarding technical problems, payment and service announcements in general.
In addition, the subscriber will receive welcome emails in connection with the purchase, just as the subscriber will receive newsletters, offers of benefits and opportunities for membership.
You can at any time refuse to receive these by unsubscribing from further marketing-related correspondence in the e-mail itself. You can of course also contact customer service on telephone 72286970 or at abonnement@nordiskemedier.dk with notification of either registration or deregistration.
7. Changes in terms and prices
NM can continuously change the subscription prices. The ordinary subscription price applicable at any time is stated on the website. Changes to the subscription price will be notified no later than 30 days before it takes effect and will apply to all new subscriptions and in connection with the next renewal of existing subscriptions.
The subscription can always be terminated according to the general termination rules for the subscription at the end of the current payment period, and without this affecting the active delivery process.
